This command indicates that we wish to grab all the text from Bava Basra Daf Samech Zayin Amud Aleph and look up each word in the loaded dictionaries and report the findings on a word by word basis along with the word number on the left, the percentage down the page, and the dictionary source.
In the scrollable window above, every word from the blatt is listed. If a word is found multiple times in multiple dictionaries or multiple times in a single dictionary, the color does not change until the next unique source word is encountered. Upon scrolling down to 70%, it will be seen that idioms are handled as Gemara phrases rather than as individual words. Furthermore, prefixes are separated and defined.

Sefaria.org has graciously given permission to use their elucidated dafim which were provided to them by xxxxx. By switching from a lower case "blatt" to all capitals "BLATT", we tell the program that in the first instance we would like a word-by-word definition and in the second instance we would like to have an 'ArtScroll Shottenstein like' rendition of the daf.

Searching in Sefaria mode (with the word BLATT in all capital letters) indicates that we are attempting to find the search string within Hebrew/Aramaic blocks where we consider one Sefaria segment equal to the Hebrew/Aramaic block plus the corresponding English block. If any Hebrew/Aramaic block contains the search string, we also display the corresponding English block. (Please note that there are a few masechtot where Sefaria does not have an English elucidation… as in the case of Avodah Zarah above).
For each Hebrew/Aramaic block found, we display both the blocks and also print the Masecha, Daf, and the number of the block on the page where we start counting down the page from the block number 1.

In the previous description, it was mentioned that we consider a Sefaria block to be the Hebrew/Aramaic block and the corresponding English Block. We just illustrated the BLATT search among Hebrew/Aramaic blocks. Now we facilitate a search in the English blocks and will also print the corresponding Hebrew/Aramaic blocks.
Within the English blocks we have a duality. Similar to ArtScroll, the Sefaria text features BOLD letters to indicate a direct translation of a Hebrew/Aramaic word and non-bold letter words to indicate words which are of an explanatory nature. Performing "search BLATT ENGLISH" searches for words on English blocks regardless if they appear in bold.
